Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 7-10 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All Sales Are Final / Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items delivered in error.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order @ firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage, then return the incorrect item to us. Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you have received an item you did not purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return your item to us.
